- Inquiry details you provide. Your name, organization, email address, optional phone number, the practice or service you select, your project context and your consent.
- Limited technical data. Information such as IP address, browser type and request times, kept in server logs where needed for security and reliability.
Please do not include sensitive personal information in the project context field. We do not need it to respond to an inquiry.

- To read your inquiry and route it to the relevant practice lead.
- To reply to you and continue the discussion you started.
- To operate, secure and maintain the website.

05Retention and security
We keep inquiry details only as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the discussion. Access is limited to the people who handle inquiries.
- Inquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted. If an inquiry leads to an engagement, the related correspondence is kept for as long as the contract and our legal record-keeping obligations require.
- Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider, for security and troubleshooting only.
- Service providers. The website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, and inquiries are delivered to our inbox through a third-party email delivery service. They process the data only on our behalf and under their security commitments.
Information is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time using the contact details in section 02.
